Michael earned a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University. He is a certified Professional Life & Leadership Coach, speaker, trainer, and organizational consultant. He is also a certified ‘Leading From Your Strengths’ practitioner, Strength Deployment Inventory facilitator and a graduate of the Dynamic Communicators Workshop.
With many years of experience as a speaker, trainer & coach Michael’s presentation style is best described as experiential, practical, challenging, image driven and action oriented. He is committed to the learning process of the individuals, teams and organizations he serves. With a commitment to building on his clients’ strengths, the process focuses on double-loop learning, maturity, transformation, and development within the context of both large & small groups, as well as one-to-one developmental coaching.
