Rodney Jackson, M.A., Senior Consultant

Rodney Jackson has an extensive background as an executive and seasoned professional in organizational change, leadership development, operations, and human resources.  As a professional facilitator, Rodney brings practical experience in strategic planning, communications, team development, conflict management, performance management, and managing change.  In the past 20 years he has designed and delivered experiential learning programs for leaders at all levels. In recent years he has designed or delivered various blended learning solutions with significant results.  He also designed and implemented a proven coaching process that improves performance and results. 

Rodney brings both operational and consulting experience.  He has served successfully as a National Training Manager, Human Resources Director, Director of Learning and Development, and Executive Director.  His international experience includes an assignment in Europe as a leadership development manager, and has trained leaders on 4 continents.  His successful work includes Life Technologies (formerly Invitrogen), Genentech, Cisco Systems, Risk Management Solutions, KB Home, Peregrine Systems (now part of Hewlett-Packard), and the former Syntex Corporation (now part of Roche).

Rodney earned his MA in Organizational Design and Effectiveness from the Fielding Institute in Santa Barbara and a BA in Organizational Communication from the University of Texas at Austin.  He is certified in Situational Leadership II, Team Management Systems (TMS), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Targeted Selection (PDI), 360-Degree Feedback (DDI), and The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People (Franklin-Covey).
